I have upgraded my house to level 2 and 3 and both times nothing happened. Is anyone else having this issue?

Not on my old save (made pre V0.12.x). Maybe it's a new save thing?

They are new rooms you should be able to walk off to the sides into them.

it also took me a while to notice it, but you can see the „doors“ where you can walk through. they’re like new archs at the walls… just try walking through them.

Oh my gosh thank you everyone for clarifying this. Would be wonderful if the devs could just show the entire layout. As it is, I feel so rushed I just run out the door. Having to navigate and decorate a room offscreen just seems stressful.
