Weird Screen Glitch?

Hi! I'm hoping someone can help me. I really enjoy this game, but it's really, really hard to play because of a weird screen glitch I get. Unless I keep my mouse at the very bottom of the screen, my screen has a sort of black screen that follows my mouse. Has anybody seen this before, and if so, how can I fix it? It's been like this since I started the game, and I've even tried uninstalling/reinstalling and that didn't fix the issue.

Hello, I just started playing and got this problem as well, the only thing I found that helped was making the in-game scale to 1x and making it windowed insead. Hope this helps!

Same here! Just picked up the game a month ago, all resolution options can be messed up except for 640x360 for me, I get the hovering black partition following my cursor up the screen and rather violent screen shake/display tearing where it vibrates horizontally.
Occasionally, as I mess with settings, sometimes when I swap to fullscreen/borderless and back to a windowed option, the bugging out will stop. (Usually I fenagle it until it stays in 1400x900.)
Are there any sort of cursor-related VFX details causing the black partition? I have no clue about the intense vibrations, though.
