My Fields of Mistria Experience
Hi there! I'm really enjoying the game but I thought I'd share my thoughts on the game. I was under the impression, based on how npcs had put it, that once the Inn was upgraded it would also upgrade the kitchen to a level 2 but it did not. It just changed the decor and some items. I don't think that's entirely fair due to the amount of items required to be put into it. It just doesn't seem as beneficial as the general store or Hayden's farm. There's also been the minor issue of placing down barns/coops where you can't maneuver them very well, having to go to a different slot before going back to them in hopes that you moved just enough to place the buildings where you want them to. None of these are huge issues of course!

I'm truly enjoying the game and how relaxed it feels. I'm super glad that there aren't time limits on side quests because there are A LOT and can be a bit overwhelming, especially starting out. The art style is wonderful and gives me that Sailor Moon nostalgia. The npcs are so personable and interesting. I adore that the kid npcs...actually have relevance instead of just npc kids that exist in town. Being able to use the free craft stations is so helpful because you need a lot of resources to upgrade the town that if I had to get my own stations I feel like it'd be inconvenient (mostly cuz I don't really like crafting personally) to gather more materials to make them. Which reminds me that it would be nice if the craft additions to the house I could just...pay for? Feels a little weird to bring them the resources AND also pay. But hey that's most farming games lol just a small gripe I have with the genre. Love having magical abilities! They're so helpful on the farm and especially in the mines. (Gotta grind for March's love)

All in all, I'm so so excited to see how this game flourishes in early access. I already recommended it to a few of my friends and they're having a blast to. Keep up the wonderful work!
