Hopes for more fun in festivals

I know the devs are looking for feedback, so other than my combat worries, I really hope there are things to do DURING the festival. Perhaps I missed something during the spring one, but all we did is collect flowers before the actual date (which I think is a fun and welcome addition don't get me wrong) and then win a prize (that I think was rigged, only got second and guess who got first? The one who took my flowers. Keeping my eye on her >.> (j/k)) If there was anything more to actually do than to talk to people, I missed it, but I did look around for things.

I know it must be hard to implement events like that, but I always found them lackluster in these kind of games. Friday nights at the Inn are a better time. Granted, we only have one festival unfortunately, but I hope that means we get some meaningful activity in the ones to come (Specifically halloween? <3)

More festivals would be awesome and some kind of action, activity, or requirement would be very cool. I also liked collecting the flowers before the festival and I also believe it's rigged. Hopefully only the first festival is rigged tho. My game had an object error on my first flower festival after I won 3rd with 25 flowers with Celine in first. I had to repeat the day but I only had 9 flowers collected because I got distracted. I still came in 3rd and she still won 1st.. It will be interesting to see what happens in yr 2
