Suggestion: Wood

There needs to be a better outcome when chopping down wood. You only get like five pieces per tree and that's not enough for quests and making stuff. I had to buy wood to help get to where I needed. I have over 900 stone, but i struggle to get enough wood.

Have you been chopping the trees outside your farm? They respawn the next day.

Upgrade your axe as much as you can and make sure you're upgrading your skills. I'm fully upgraded and I get about 300 a day if I dedicate myself to just trees. I go until I run out of energy, take a bath, then go for more. If your axe is bronze or lower, focus just the full adult trees and stumps, as the branches are less wood per energy. Branches are only worth it if you get the perk that gives them a chance for extra drops, even then trees are still better.
