Mill Restoration Project not triggering

I got the quest to meet Adeline at the Manor house to restore the old mill in town, but nothing happens when I enter the manor house. Is there a way to fix this?

you have to go to the left room as you walk in (not the 3 doors above the stairs)

Are you entering the room to the left in the Manor house?
As the quest states you need to enter her office within the Manor house - this is where it is. Soon as you enter the next part should trigger.

i also got confused with this, i dont think its told very well or... we just read it wrong
