Game randomly freezes every 1-3 minutes

Topic, this is mega annoying and renders the game near unplayable. Every 1-3 minutes the game freezes for like 5-15 seconds. Is this happening for anyone else? What did you do to fix it?

It feels like a memory leak possibly, or something. I've tried restarting the game ofc and verifying the integrity of the files. Didn't fix it. Super annoying. I've got the latest drivers and everything.

Any suggestions for things I can try?

I've got a very beefy PC. It can run most games with no issues at 60 FPS 2k resolution. Plenty of RAM etc. It should not be freezing.

I tried doing random things like closing google chrome tabs too. But nothing remotely helped, it still freezes every 1-3 minutes.

Help please.
