Wood and Carpentry boost

It's so hard to get a good stockpile of wood. I feel like I'm never short on stone, but it's a Struggle to get wood going, esp considering there's only so many trees on your farm. I believe other trees respawn daily, but at 4-5 pieces a tree, it's still a slog.

Similarly, I'm having trouble raising my carpentry skill. I'm about halfway through summer and already have my blacksmithing maxed, but my carpentry I had to sit there and craft like 150 stone paths just to get to 15. I feel it'd be a good idea to streamline wood and carpentry a bit. Maybe 8-9 pieces per tree, if not 10, and a boost to exp for the skill?

Yeah, I've been struggling with wood too. I've actually turned to buying wood from the carpenter to help out with the quests huge amounts of it.
