Where is Salmon, Catfish and Moral Mushroom?

Salmon is caught in river, and can only be caught during spring and fall, Catfish is in the pond and can be caught all year round, Moral mushroom is a very rare forage item, only in spring.

i finally caught a catfish. its says its any season fish and it was in the pond at the eastern road (the pond in the bottom right) :)

I found Morel mushroom in spring at the town park, one in a field area next to the museum, and another by the ruins close to the deep woods area
