Does anyone know if we can have more than one save/farm?

I started playing for my streams but I was kinda hoping to have a side game that I can play on my own time. I didn't dare to hit New Game yet since I'm not sure I'd lose my main save. Has anyone tried yet?

Get in the habit of using the journal next to your bed to save instead of relying on the autosave during sleep, I think that's what generates completely new save files. Then, click Load Game and you'll see all your different saves you can choose from.

I haven't tested it myself yet, but I'm sure you could start a new farm with New Game. Then when you click Load Game, you'll have multiple to choose from.

Did you ever figure out if you can have multiple saves? I kind of want to also start a new save but scared to press "new game" lol.

The journal is the only way how to have multiple saves. Any save made using the journal will automatically make a new save file that you can access by going to Load Game instead of Continue.

But I’m seeing only 3 saves so would multiple manual saves eventually overtake the other account’s saves? What does the auto save do? Replace you last manual save or what? My partner just put like 30 hours in but I wanted to give it a try but terrified to erase that

Bed Save = Auto Save
Unique to each farmer, and will not interfere other farmers progress.

Diary Save = Manual Save
Will never be overwritten and must be manually deleted to clear up spaces.

Continue: Load the save file on the very top of the list.
