Please have the ability to romance/marriage multiple npcs! I can't think of any farm sims that do this without mods.

Tbh, I'm not sure why people wouldn't want polyamory to be available. Like, if you only want to date one character, uh...just do that.

Exactly. I agree 100%. Polyamory is perfectly valid, it's just another kind of relationship.

I can think of many games that allow you to romance and date a lot of people at once without mods... but there is only two games that allow you to marry numerous people (Verdant Skies and Pumpkin Days).
Sadly, many games lock romance behind dating a single person, which sucks a lot for me as a Poly-amorous person.
Hopefully this game makes Polyamory an option, that would make me really happy.
I usually fall in love with two to four people in each Farm Sim I play, and it really hurts being stuck only able to romance only one.

the problem with this idea is that it takes out replayability from the game, I know, people can still reaply it how much they want but from the devs point of view that is not that good. it works for games like pumink days because u can die and keep playing with your childrens or for games that are bigger.

In Sun Haven you can date as many NPCs as you'd like with no consequences. I loved this option as a poly person because most games end up punishing players for doing this! However, you can only marry on NPC. Would be nice to see this across both games.

I believe Palia allows you to date as many as you like.

wait for someone to mod this into the game, choices like this shouldn't be forced into games but should be optional content for those who want to engage with it

honestly i'm against adding polyamory but only because i feel like it would interfere with another (near) non-existent feature related to romance in farm sims that i'm always wishing for: unchosen romantic interests getting together with each other. it's always seemed so sad to me that no one other than the player ever gets married in these games. i want them to have their happily ever after too!! but if you have to leave the door open for player polyamory you can't include this kind of feature without also introducing situations where the player is either homewrecking or forced to involve npcs they aren't interested in into their little farm polycule.

Guess what guys? If you don’t like polyamory, you don’t have to engage in it! But making it an option for people who do want to do it is a good thing.

Don't know if you've played it but Echoes of Plum Grove has it so npcs can marry other npcs! Even the ones you are currently romancing lol
