Artifact help

I'm in year 2 - spring. I'm missing some page looking thing from the oopart set (wiki says digspots in town??

I'm missing the mermaid hairbrush from the sunken artifact set. (I can reload the beach about 3 times in one day hitting all the dive spots - for days on end.)

And the crab thing from the tide cavern set. I have so much money from selling iron tools it's ridiculous.

I'm 30 in everything with all perks but I can't seem to get the last things to drop. I know other people have had issues with rng on certain items in game but no solutions seem to be listed anywhere.

Am I doing something wrong? I want to get into animal breeding but I was hoping to finish the artifacts (currently in game) first.

Mermaid's comb. Not sure what the crab thing is but do a search for tide cavern set fields of mistria and you can find a list of all the forageables in the mines and the floors they can be found on.

Done all that and searched the internet. They tell you the artifacts and where to find them but even common dropped items aren't so common...
