Worms and speed enchantments

Im at year 2 on my save file but theres a couple things that been evading me, the first one is a simple worm for the bait request. I read that they appear on upper mines lvl 1-20 but ive spent like 30 in game days cracking rocks and i've gotten not a single worm.

And just the same, i've crafted a ton of the silver armor set, i've got all perks, but i still cant seem to get the speed buff, not even when save scumming. Its glitched in the new updated or im just unlucky?

It's all RNG, so - you just got unlucky.
I was having worms left right and center, but still missing 2 artifacts from that area after getting full set of everything copper, plus fulfilling all related quests, gifting and selling even more copper and rubies and ton of duplicate artifacts too.
