Golden Items

I was wondering if anyone knew if there was significant use of keeping golden items. I give henrietta statue her shiny beads and will get golden cookies, cake, etc. They are worth like 2k gold... can I just sell them or do they have any specific use as of now?

From what I learned, both 10 and 100 offerings give you different things. I got the omelet recipe from offering 10 and golden products from offering 100. I was curious about what Hayden would think of a golden milk and what do you know? He LOVES golden produce items. Since it states in the description of the golden produce items that they are used in high level recipes, I am assuming we will be using them when we can get up to level 100 cooking eventually... I say stockpile like a mad rancher and then go nuts when the recipes are released! That's what I'm doing. Chances are that the golden recipes are going to sell for more than what the single item is worth. Gold isn't hard to come by if you utilize almost your entire ranch for 70g crops - now golden produce? Much harder and probably worth keeping in the long run. :3

thank you for the reply!!! I was thinking that would be the case so decided to sell the cookies and stuff. i am such a hoarder when it comes to these things its so hard for me to decide. I have been using the 100 option for the statue and got ultimate feed and a bunch of golden items. But yay! can't wait to see the updates for our golden items. :P

I've found there are also many people that LOVE the golden animal products so it might be good to keep some as birthday gifts
