Is there a way to pick crops conveniently?

I'm sorry if I missed something while looking through the control settings, but can I pick crops without having to mash left click? I haven't seen anyone bring it up when looking through discussions, so I was wondering if I was missing something or not.

It can get really bad on the wrist just picking from the small plot of land I have now. I can't imagine having to grow and pick up even more plants if I have to get each one individually.

Being able to hold an interact key to pick everything up as you walk past it would be nice. Maybe a tool to grab multiple crops at once.

Only with autoclicker. Bcs RMB ( right mouse button) work like E harvest button.

I'm do this myself and this is work perfectly fine.

Also at 30 lvl of farming you can place more seeds at once.
It's called

Superb Sower
Cost: 100
Effect: You can now charge your seeds to spread them across a wider area.

Thank you, Sergio. I hope they add something for people who use controller or play on console in the future, but this'll do in a pinch.
