My laptop is ROG (built for gaming), and still has a lot of memory left. With my previous steam acc, I used to play games like Yakuza & Rune Factory 5 in PC but it works just fine? For this game, it didn't freeze, but the movements are so slow?
I tried turning off V-sync, but it fix the problems just for a moment

Okay, i tried to change and the screen display. If you change it to 'Fullscreen' it should fix for a moment(If you happen to change map, the game lags again)
If you alt-tab, the games lags, you'll have to alt-tab to fix the problem, this also fixes the lag problem when you change maps or cut some grass.

Not sure what the issue is. I tried windowed and fullscreen + turning off vsync but nothing helped
I have a 8700k at 5.0Ghz, an RTX 2070 and 32gb mem at 3200mhz. Is there a way to force the game to use more gpu power or cpu power or something because of the slowdowns?
