What is the error message your getting?(if your getting "operating system not supported' message. Press 'continue' and the game should starts, if the button is available at the bottom)
I've you tried to update/downgrade your nVidia Driver?(http://www.geforce.com/drivers/ and in the driver description look for I Am Alive rated, if it says GOOD or better then try it).
Also: This is for someone that don't want to install the oldest NViDiA driver. This problem happen after an update the NViDiA driver. Try this: open up NViDiA Control Panel>Manage 3D Settings>Program Settings, find IAmAlive_game.exe and then at "Select the preferred graphic processor for this program:" change to "High-performance NViDiA processor".
I've you tried to temporarily disabling SLI/Crossfire?(this game is not designed to be compatible with Crossfire and SLI setups. Guide to do this: http://www.computerhope.com/issues/ch001167.htm)
Did you tried to see through this site(http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri) if you can run this game?
In the setting file(mentioned in my previous post), have you put your FPS?
-Whish you the best of luck
Graphics cards: Gtx670 / 2048, Asus gtx670-DC2T-2GD5
Processor: Core i5-2500k, 3.30GGts, 6MB, LGA1155
Motherboard: Asus P8Z77-V LX (s1155, Intel Z77, PCI-Ex16)
I read that it was a mistake by developers on all graphics cards gtx600 model. And they do not want to fix it.
This solution worked for me. Thanks for posting
