Not from what I have played and this doesn't answer my question. You are obviously a person who couldn't comprehend the game. for that, I am sorry.

Shame, would've made the game a lot better.

i was expecting like fallout meets dayz or something , ya kind of a disapointment and the fights seem clunky like how am i suppose to knock this guy out when the rest all the sudden start coming after me/shooting as soon as i put my gun down and the actions see clunky/dont work half the time idk its disapointing, shame on me not doing my research ah well atleast it was cheap

Second on what Flackzer says. Every little thing is scripted.

Well, I have come back with some updated impression..
I got as far as when you save the little girl from a couple of men, then was suppose to head to a mall. At that point, I had to get to bed so I quit and thought I would come back to the game. When I started the game up, I am back in the sewer area in which you first encounter the guy who waves the gun and tells you to get away. Needless to say, Its a long trek back. What is up witht the save system in the game? I was pretty pissed so I unistalled the game.

Shame, the story sounded amazing, that is why when i started, the game felt great.

Not really open world, but not completely linear either. There is some room to explore but you are always expected to be in a certain place at the end of your adventure. Fun none-the-less. If you like open world survival then you might want to try State of Decay, which is also a great game.
