4K resolution?

Is there any kind of file editing, patch or mod to get this game to run in 4K? I couldn't find anything on Google for it.

Open REGEDIT.EXE via run in Start menu
Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Heavy Iron Studios Inc.\Family Guy\Settings
change ScreenHeight and ScreenWidth to the values you need with your resolution ( the following link will help you to find out which values you need)

but be careful i figured out its not exactly like its written on this table its kinda reverse.
1360x768 means for you screenwidth = 50 05 00 00 and screenheight = 00 03 00 00


note: only change first 4 left side digits on each one...last 4 digits on each side is just 00 00


3840x2160 = 00 0F x 70 08

should look like this -----> 00 0F 00 00 x 70 08 00 00

I think DoF effect will be broken on any resolution above 1080p, alongside the subtitles are appearing on the left top corner (unless this is from the fullscreen borderless window).

Is there a way to get 4096x2160 resolution? I couldn't find anything on the table in the link.
