Disguise glasses disappear if dropped in the starter home where the bed is, do they respawn or are they gone for good?

i thinks there should be custom rims and tries like all terrain for the truck and a bull bar option with lights the truck bed should fix to haul car parts and roll bar in the bed

i think ive got something wrong with the starter car, ive put gas in it from the emergency cans (3) ive got all the parts installed but when i go to start the car it cranks but doesnt move after that...

I have found out that the steering wheel on the van and hatchback get bigger after reloading the game. I was wondering if the devs know about this bug or not.
