They have 28/30th chance of having a mythic rare from the set and 1/30th of rare and mythic wildcard each.

Not to my knowledge (source: https://magic.wizards.com/en/mtgarena/drop-rates ).
Boosters opened in draft modes can have two rares because they follow the exact format of paper "play boosters", but this is not the case for arena store booster packs (8 card ones).

In most sets you can get a bonus sheet card in a common slot. It is technically mythic but not standard legal (unless a reprint of an otherwise standard legal card) and does not count to set completion. The drop rate of bonus sheet is quite bad most of the time (1:55 for lorwyn eclipsed), so it makes more sense to craft them with wildcards.

your knowledge is incomplete. A mythic pack can upgrade regular slots to rare or mythic. I'm not sure of the rate though.
i have repeatedly got 6 rare/mythic rares out of them, so i suspect it's not a super low rate either.
ONES YOU WANT IS ALCHEMY*
ow right there r "alchemy" packs aswell.
does those have any other "effects" aswell?

Alchemy packs are only good if you want to play Alchemy. It's basically a seperate game that uses the same base but adds cards that are exclusive to alchemy with mechanics that only work well in a digital format.

They also will change cards like hearthstone. So you could log in after a change and a card you loved now sucks.

Don't buy alchemy packs unless you're interested in playing it.
alchemy cards are also legal in historic and historic brawl brawl

brawl is the only mode you'd have infinite fun with, since i started playing this i don't play anything else, no Bs 4 copies of broken cards, you have your commander, pretty fun
