as far as i know in mtga it is impossible to remove Poison counters from a player
however you can stop yourself from getting more counters with the card "Solemnity" https://gatherer.wizards.com/pages/card/Details.aspx?multiverseid=430711
what i thought =( well i'll just have to keep leaving those matches =( kinda makes the game less fun =(
Melira , the living cure...but very limited usage

Removing your opponent from the game removes the poison counters very effectively. Beat them before they win.
lol well that is one way =P
I'm gonna be the one to say the thing everyone else isn't, counter spells. You can always just counter the spell, your opinion on counter spells may differ from my own but now you're learning that counter spells are they only counter to certain things, the biggest is ETB effects, counter spells are needed to a degree, counter that ♥♥♥♥.

ok and when the whole deck is nothing but Toxic flyers? how many counter spells would been needed for that? i have run into 3 different flyer toxic decks. it was not fun.

if it's just creatures with toxic you can safely block them all with larger creatures

easy as heck

on the other hand if it's cantrips that inflict poison or if it's Fynn with a bunch of deathtouch creatures then gotta use some other strategy

If you think a counter spell is exclusively an instant you aren't countering right, I often main pure flash creature based countering with only 7 actual counter spells. This mindset of "x" can't work instead of trying to make it work will only ever lead to disappointment and failure.
I win against toxic decks quite often. Sometimes because I am the beat down and they fail to realize it (look up Who is the Beatdown? by Mike Flores) and sometimes because I am running enough varieties of answers that they concede. Sometimes they do win. If they can pile enough poison counters to win, I figure they earned it. As I said before remove the player and the counters go away. Or you could do what John suggested and run counters to their key spells. Key being the important word there.

Toxic creatures tend to be small with a few exceptions, if your defensive creatures are tough enough they can't get through and you stop the bigger or harder to block ones.
