The dual-land borderless art cards in the store right now?

So I ground gems up to over 3k to get the dual land card arts in the store right now, thinking it would put alt arts on all or at least most of my dual lands...

Now that I am actually looking at it, I realize it may just be for the very specific set of dual lands that have the surveil effect... That would basically mean its a $20 value purchase to have, what, 5-10% of my dual lands given alt art?

Please tell me thats not the case and it just gives dual lands alt arts?

The 15k/3k gem package yeah they're just for the new surveil lands only from the new set, just card art you need to have the actual card and then change the card art in collections, I'm not gonna sound like the other guy but you really thought these were for all dual lands in the game?

It says "Borderless Dual Lands"... Thats all read, I didn't give it the ol one two slurpy slurpy visual analysis.

It should really say "Select Borderless Dual Lands" or "MKM Borderless Surveil/Dual Lands" before we start attacking me for simply reading what is says I mean cmon

I dont play Historic or whatever so I never see any lands like that outside of those Khans drafts. They are cool though, unless you are talking about something else. Im Draft/Standard/Brawl typa player
