Tarkir is one of my favorite planes. More than excited to return.
Inevitable Defeat looks really fun
Red's been really good in... basically every format arena specializes in. But I don't think it'll end up changing the meta. Too slow.

Always felt red deserved something like utopia sprawl for one red but was an enchant land for red mana only, like lava flows or something, this won't work in "Arena" I agree, more so when their thing that give haste + treasure for 1 drop.

But yeah, probably more geared towards commander, or trying to make slower red decks viable in casual play.
I'm not sure if it makes the cut at 1 toughness for 2 mana though.
they're probably talking about running out 1-2 a set from now on tho
