Fuuny they won't actually talk to us, their cash cows

I've played paper a long time and used Arena for rules sharpening. It has gotten to the point over the last year or so that I cannot even play a game or two without issues too easily seen as interference from the server itself presenting themselves. Newest one, using the Hauntwoods Shrieker I manifest dread in a card and use its ability to flip it. First game, I got Progenitus in and flipped, win. Rounds two and three, same thing but suddenly the Shrieker's ability won't work on Progenitus. It's bad enough their Probability Engine is a nakedly easy to see stroking the decks for or against, but turning abilities on or off? And they wonder why so many will not spend money on their busted-ass game.

Last time they "talked to us" they got doxxed and death threats, I doubt communication between WoTC and the players will ever fully recover.
