Jump In Event Not Working?

Asking here because I'm not even sure if it's a support issue. When I go to the Jump In event, it doesn't give me an option to resign to get a new pair of packs, says I have two wins, and the main button in the lower right just takes me to the home page. Is this some kind of bug or is the event limited in some fashion? It seems like the event is still in progress and I haven't been able to find anything mentioning limits on usage.
