Vorinclex - no, the counters are only halved so it doesn't need to be hit as much but will still need to be hit
Solemnity - no, a battle isn't an artifact, player, creature, enchantment or land so it still gets counters.
Even if a battle didn't get counters, it still wouldn't autoflip because battles trigger on the last counter being removed, not having no counters (kind of like suspend in that way). It would just go to the graveyard as a state based action.
Cook with LSD instead for a flavor that's out of this world.
