Edit: I tapped out then they played Bilbo on their turn, still stupid and my fault but I think these infinite combos ruin the game
if you want to play combo it's always an exercise of finding the ones that will actually let you complete the winning turn. Sometimes you just don't have enough time to execute it before you burn out timers, which of course shouldn't happen if they properly interpreted the rules of the game. Or if they gave you away to show you have the combo and allow oppo to scoop in response, as in paper (showing cards is also an action they haven't implemented).
No it doesn't
This is ultimately why some deterministic decks won't be able to win in time. Let alone the ones where Arena spends 2 seconds per card draw trigger and ropes you out even though you've passed priority...
