So the UI already has this, you just chose to ignore it.
I'm not interested in playing normal magic the gathering. The reason I play arena is so the UI can handle a lot of the boring aspects of the game, so I don't have to constantly read read read read read which is boring.
Arena is made for players like me who don't want to read 24/7
The cards have icons on them.
The cards have text on them.
The cards have descriptions AND icons for effects when you hover over them.
I'm not trying to be rude, but are you actually upset you didn't use your eyes?

nothing to see here
If you think every single keyword needs a UI element, I'd like to see your design for it. And while you're at it, try to make sure none of them overlap in a way that makes combinations unreadable.
What we already have: two big glowing elements for hexproof and reach. an overlay element for ward. glowing toughness for indestructible. making the card physically floating for flying. another overlay for summoning sick. a stack overlay for "can't be countered", as well as different coloration for copies.
So now we need first strike, double strike, (i hope to the gods you don't need one for vigilance), lifelink, deathtouch, and whatever other keywords I don't care to remember. Do we also need the card to have a graphic for when it has a death trigger, or a "deals combat damage" trigger? Or even a "receives damage" trigger? How would you show all of this, especially together?
