Is the champion brawl deck worth it?

I mainly play standard with a bit of historic on the side.
Brawl has always looked fun but the barrier to entry seems huge with all the mana rocks and special lands you need and the majority of those are rare/mythic.

Now they've addeda few brawl decks to the shop and one of them looks like an E;drazi ramp deck which seems cool and it costs about 50-60 EUR in gems. \
But i have not much experience and i do own some of the cards already.

Are the cards in that deck worth the price and will i get gems/wildcards back for the cards i already have full sets of?

brawl matchmaking uses a card weight based on like, how many rares are in ur deck and the power level of ur commander and stuff, so if you run all basic lands u will get matched with people who lean more towards the same. Arcane Signet and Command Tower won't go amiss though.
