Mastery Orb Bug
I've just noticed for the second time that on battlepass level-up I was not granted a mastery orb even though the animation popped up. At first I thought it was a visual bug but then I counted the amount of cards left to unlock and the amount of orbs I would still get and there was a difference of 1 (after the second time it happened now 2). For example, I'm currently level 36 and missing 13 unlocks with possibly only 11 orbs I can get.

Did anyone else have this weird bug? I have never had this issue previously and was always able to unlock all cosmetics with high enough level.

Contact support and they should be able to fix it in the near future

it's a known bug, opening a ticket will grant you the reward that you say are missing
also, the bug applies to other rewards (packs, cards, gold...)

Might not be related but you're aware that their's 2 types of orbs this pass?

I'm not. Am I missing something? I only see "mastery orb" in the battlepass as well as the "spend orbs" menu.

Hmm my bad, my 2nd set of orbs was from the previous pass before this one, seemingly if you have unspent orbs from a previous pass it lets you spend those orbs. My mistake sorry.

The only bug I encountered so far was a very persistent one. Since Bloomburrow whenever I get a mastery orb, the mastery tab blinks in orange. When I spend the Orbs, suddenly mastery, shop and pack tabs are all blinking in orange.

I've seen this for a while now. Weirdly enough, whenever the missing mastery orb happened the tab wasn't even blinking.
