Well sometimes thats what you get in white blue enchants when they kill your card draw fast enough. Its just a bad matchup.
Unless your heavily missing land drops this just shouldn't happen, sure maybe for the first 2 turns at most, but is your still only throwing 1 card around turn 3+ your decks extremely slow for this day and age.
Who else enjoys their games where your mono blue opponent has 6 counters in 6 turns
Who else enjoys their games where your mono green opponent has +16/+16 in 6 turns
Who else enjoys their games where your mono white opponent has 60 life in 6 turns
since its one of the highest winrate decks rn. Id say its def not to slow haha but being unlucky happens.
winrate or not, 1 card every turn after turn 3 is a slow deck, even if you win this is by definition a slow deck as it's extremely hard to go slower than 1 card per-turn unless your just passing without action. If your going to make a retort like this your initial argument for the thread becomes invalid imo.
That deck is ONLY around 1 card a turn if you decimate whatever I play as soon as I play it so I dont get a draw engine going. If something sticks, its card draw city. So yeah like I said countering me by not giving me the chance to get something going works.
I'm not talking about the deck being bad what-so-ever, again if you actually read what I typed, playing 1 card per-turn is literally as slow as possible of a deck beyond just not playing, I'm not insulting your deck or it's ability, I'm just saying that playing 1 card per turn, is literally playing a deck that crawls forward well your opponent gets to dance around you.
I appears YOU refuse to read what is being sad and choose to rather keep repeating yourself.
This deck is far from playing 1 card a turn. But some games may turn into playing 1-2 cards a turn when you don`t get to your draw creatures cause you get nuked from turn 1. At some point you will start playing top deck prob cause nothing sticks. So its more about how the game goes then the deck being slow. Cause not every deck plays hard draw spells.
Make up your mind please cause you literally said the deck is based around playing around 1 card per-turn.
Ouch that must be embarrasing haha you might wanna read the full sentence. Its literally there. So again READ what is being said.
"That deck is ONLY around 1 card a turn if you decimate whatever I play as soon as I play it"
FYI I hate english, here's the sentence: "That deck is ONLY around 1 card a turn if you decimate whatever I play as soon as I play it so I dont get a draw engine going."
Here's how I read it like it had extra punctuation as such: That deck is ONLY around 1 card a turn (english isn't my first language, read this as; the deck only plays around 1 card a turn), if you decimate whatever I play as soon as I play it, I don't get a draw engine going. (thought you were implying that if those 1-card plays get counter you don't get a draw engine to keep playing 1 card a turn).
I never try to take offensive stances or anything like that, but I sometimes misunderstand sentences, that's my bad.
No offense here but you should read and re-read the other person's posts more clearly, and just ask what they mean if you are still getting part of it wrong, instead of assuming they are saying X. It looks like you have malicious intent when you claim someone is saying something they aren't.... and i'm pretty sure you're just struggling with English as a language now not trying to deceive, which isn't your fault but it does lead to miscommunication.
I'd like to think malicious intent is a little far. Also sometimes it's the other way around funny enough, sometimes it's me rereading it because I'm second guessing myself after the first read threw, than I end up being right the first time and have thought to hard on things.
