Pokemon Pocket Released, Easily The Best Online TCG ATM
Pokemon pocket just came out on mobile, hopefully this doesn't get me banned or whatever but I'm gonna recommend anyone who like online trading card games to check it out. They've reworked the energy system so you don't have to worry about drawing, changed up the rules, removed prizes, they have a proper friends list, you can choose a card from recently opened packs on top of opening packs, THEIR'S FREAKING CARD TRADING, AI and player battles (4 on 4 now) it honestly feels like such a nice break from years of hard playing MTG and YGO. My name is JohnSilver feel free to friend me!

It's a rare occurrence to see core rules changing, especially when it comes to something as core as the resource management system, so I'm definitely surprised here. Although I'm not sure if it's enough to make me come back, since Pokemon TCG was so far one of my least favourite card games, and there are some other card games I would rather revisit first.

Im digging it ~ alot more fun and less aggravation from players not playing - That pokemon game will Instantly kick someone for not playing
I played pokemon cards early 2000s and my impression was that the game was rather clunky. Does it play any better today?

Much they've made an overhaul to the rules that actually works nicely.

The thing about energy coming from outside the game now is, what happens when you have cards that accelerate energy?

The game's cards are heavily restricted so any accelerated energy causes you to flip coins, head = energy, tails = none.

MTGA kinda killed TCGs for me. Specifically the forums.

At least their forums probably don't have a few nuts calling everyone fascists.
LMAO

At least their forums probably don't have a few people calling everyone fascists and calling for political violence like MTG's.

I might check it out too. Has to be better than MTGA, but i dunno if the theme is my thing, i like Magic's (old) grimdark fantasy theme that's all but gone now.

That's a lie.

The only time i've ever said someone was a fascist or acting like one, is when they are justifying censorship, which is fascist-esque. And i'm pretty sure that's never been the case on the MTG forums.

So you've never called anyone fascist, except for the people you've called fascist?

It is possible that was on the EU4 forums though, I don't know.
