Double strike bug
it seams like always double strike act like first strike i think it should not

Double strike (This creature deals both first-strike and regular combat damage.)

No, not a bug - that is exactly how double strike works (and always has).

Double strike is the ability to both hit during the first strike step AND the normal damage step.
