I hate them and if I do put a creature down I rather be intentional about it
if you have more than 3-5 down I'm bout to just leave the game
I will assume you have access to white and black cards with whatever you are running if you really have creatures and do not want to run them at all no matter what...
1st if you hate creature spam consider the amount of cards in your deck in % that are control cards control being any card that destroys or exiles creatures
2nd board wipes. get them use then make yourself any color of the rainbow to get them if you have to.
3rd consider getting some enchantments or artifacts that put creature tokens on the field if you can tolerate that as its always nice to use them as blockers to stay alive and stall.
4th Planeswalkers get some
you will want at LEAST 30-40% of your deck to be control cards 40% land maybe 5-10% board wipes and 5-10% draw and or search and whatever your win condition is shoved into that mix
if you want to survive in the early game you need those CHEAP removal spells
if you want to survive in the late game you need the value engines of enchantments and artifacts and Planeswalkers give
I would really suggest getting some creatures anyway because they can be very helpful for at the very least being body blockers to help you get to your win condition cards.
anyway hope this helped. if not feel free to TLDR.
the problem is people throw out so many creatures it blows my mind
red is more tolerable about this, but red also tends to have the ability to smack any few ctreatures I put down if they aren't ultra powerful
green is really just steam rolls black, green is like another white with emphasis on creatures and it just spams either lots of tiny (but powerful) ones or huge ones, green is just relentless about creatures and the options it has, almost no green player I see plays defense/high mana green
with black I have to bide my time so long, usually 5+ turns and every turn I have to be killing at least one if not two creatures just to not get exploded unless I somehow got a huge life lead which usually won't happen
the only way this works if I start with like 2-3 kill cards and keep drawing them
once black puts down a creature in the early game you can't really afford to lose it, even if you can theoretically bring it back, this is usually too little too late
the only way to get around this usually is with whites, which I find the streetwatcher is good for
dual green/black is a powerful counter but I still hate the creature play, as you have to start leaning more into green than black once you do this

or can anyone share a deck without any creatures?
life drain black is precisely what I'm trying to get away from, it's too creature focused and gnenerally just an inferior white
This must be a troll post.
Of course green pumps out creatures, that is the whole point of it. Why would any green player be defensive?
I think you have a fundamental misunderstanding of how the various colours in Magic are designed to work. Over 50% of published cards are creatures, so this may not be the game for you.
just because everyone else plays that way doesn't mean everyone is obligated to play that way
why would someone make a topic about how to do something everyone else does? The poitn of the topic is how to counter to spam
so maybe actually contribute or be quiet before talking about what is or isnt trolling
