Sparky Gave me a Rare Wildcard and the button is Glowing

Basically Sparky gave me a rare wildcard and told me i can use it to craft card and i can use it to upgrade starter decks, yet it told me nothing else to do and right now the wildcard button (where you can see every wildcard you have ) continues to glow costantly, what i am supposed to do to complete this i guess tutorial ?

When you build a deck, if you add a card to your deck you don't own, you can consume the wildcard to get that card.

Wait until there is a card you really want and use the WC on that. Don't waste it just to make the lights stop glowing. I recommend you look at sites that give competitive arena lists and decide which you would like to be playing and then start collecting WCs until you have enough to build it.

I actually crafted one that i was interested in, it continued glowing tho, so that's why i posted but after playing a match it seems the glow has stopped so maybe there is that.
I thought i was blocked in a sort of tutorial that didn't give me direction but guess i was wrong, thanks everybody for the help and yes i will keep my wildcards safe
