It's not even the lies they're getting banned for. It's the extreme bipolar reaction whenever anyone wants proof. Just crazy insults out of left field. The longer the stay banned the better.
"lying" or misinformation whatever can be used for the sake of censorship.
In this case it's 100% the case that it is misinformation and lying, but i'm pretty sure the reason he was banned is because of his insulting everyone.
If someone had a hack that could give them a win when they quit the match, why wouldn't they just quit at the beginning and start a new match? They could rack up more wins by starting and leaving matches instead of just dilly dallying with a single one.
