Goblin Deck Recommendations

I'm kinda new to mtg, I like to play with gimmicks and the gimmick I'm all about is goblins.
I plan on dropping $100 for card packs, you recommend any packs that have the most goblin useful cards?

well keep in mind you get rare and mythic cards when opening packs that can be used to make ANY card of that rarity, and opening 6 packs will always grant a rare or mythic I think, i would spread your cash around to more then one deck for sure as about every 20 or so packs you should have enough from that set to do a few things, the rares and mythic wild cards will be enough to do what you want and give you some other neat cards you may want to support your deck with.

Oh yeah, I'm counting on that, but I'm banking on some luck to get a goblin or goblin useful card, so I can try to save at least some of them.

I have no idea what that is, I’m googling it and I plan to mostly play brawl with some friends.

I see goblin cards everywhere in a ton of sets...its hard to suggest just one... It seems like Jumpstart has the most in just one set? other then that. lots of really good ones in lots of sets... if I were you i would invest in getting like 10 of each set that has goblins in it I guess? but you may also just want to stick to the current sets as they give golden packs every 10.. but seeing you are only interested in goblins that may not be what you want lol.

don't mind him. he thinks that losing the game means its rigged or something. IDK. he never plays best of 3 or brawl he only plays best of 1 in standard constructed I think.
