theres only a bit strategy in drafting a deck, but besides that its mainly luck on a certain level
No he is right. There are several decks without removal or card draw.
RDW
Boros Convoke
Grull counters
Mono white humans
Mono blue NInjutsu
Green/White enchantments
etcetc
Boros convoke has case of the gateway express as removal and novice inspector and knight errant giving card advantage.
Gruul counters has your favorit burn cards as removal and questing druid and sometimes ancestral anger/demonic ruckus to draw.
Mono white humans has knight errant and recruitement officer for drawing, brutal cathar and sometimes the case or werefox as removal.
Mono blue ninjitsu has a bunch of bounce as removal and explores with spy glass siren for cardadvantage.
Green/white enchantments generally runs oscification as removal and spiritual companion (+calix to copy for more) for card advantage.
The only deck I can think of that doesnt really run removal and does well in mythic is rakdos aggro. Callous sellsword being the only black card, pump up your creatures and fling them. You can fling the creature at another creature though, and scamp can target creatures. So even though the damage always goes face, it could still be used as removal. And that also still often runs carddraw in ancestral anger or stolen vitality.
You can get the common and uncommon wildcards easily and if you dont already have enough, you can play jump in or starter deck duals to get started.
