Haha I lose a lot less there but I love seeing some of the decks people put together in there lol
haha yeah, i find entertainment in it.. even when i lose im like what thats a combo i havent seen before lol.
Alchemy rebalancing/digital only cards forcing its way to OTHER game mods such as historic/brawl? That´s where the hate comes from. And it is justified.
I play in Alchemy so I don’t have to se Wandering Emperor, among other busted cards.
I think that's probably why i like it, i make my own custom decks, sometimes ill use the combo i've seen in another deck and just build around a combo.
It also allows Palantir, which is good, because it's a consistent card draw for any color deck, while Standard doesn't.
The LOTR set is full of a ton of bs cards that infuriate the living hell out of me. No other set is as cursed as that one. The Ring, that spirit making sword thing, Aragorn, Arwen, the card draw orb thing, Witch-King, Boromir, Delighted Halfling, the horn, Nazgul, Rosie, the stone. F those cards.
I cannot wait for it to come out of circulation in Alchemy - all the standard players don't have to deal with that bs and they are lucky.
This right here, I see a lot more custom built decks in the game mode then I do premades imports like standard. I get a lot less pissed off in alchemy than I do in the others lol.
Not to mention Palantir has LOADS of player interaction, even without removal, because the opponent has to decide if and when to let the opponent draw a card and such, which makes it a great card in my book, compared to ones with no interaction. It's overall well-designed, i think one of the best card designs from a game standpoint.
Haha I just crafted this card it it plays so well in my discard/mill deck black and blue lol. Now they have to worry about that and one ring to rule them all
