If my opponent mouse over my creature or highlights it while hovering their hand, I know a removal is coming.
There are plenty of reasonable explanations for this.
No reason to assume they're looking at your hand; I've had it happen even when I really didn't have anything impressive to play, and my opponent would probably have won if they'd stuck around.
For me, I'm out if it takes my opponent longer than 10 secs to do turns 1-4 unless the deck seems like it has more complex interactions. But if you're sitting there with two mana on the field and looking over your hand obsessively, I'm out and on to the next game.
I'll bail the second I realize...there is nothing in my hand that is going to turn this game around.
I did that this morning lol
