Anyone else stuck on loading screen?

Hi, after plus 300 hours of playing this game I now cant even log into it. It keeps freezing or loading at "checking for active members" screen

Try using the free Revo Uninstaller (this is the recommended uninstaller and more thorough than others at removing hidden directories, etc.) to clean uninstall and remove registry settings before reinstalling.

if you need to recommend a 3rd party software to do a feature that the 1st party storefront is capable of doing, its probley not the answer.
