How is this game "Mixed" on steam?
with the connection issues, bots, and blatant cheating, why is this still even remotely a positive game?

Sometimes people have different opinions than you.

mtga should have positive reviews
there's no connection issues, bots, or blatant cheating
why is this trash topic even here?

Many players do not notice any cheating, rigging or other flaws (disconnected once in a blue moon? pfah!) you are talking about. Many players do not see anything wrong with losing a game every once in a while. Especially if one is still learning the game or has less than stellar experience in building decks with and playing one of the hardest games in the known world. (Easy to learn, hard to master.)

If you think it is not for you because of the issues you have experienced you *should* walk away. However, if you decide to stay, try and ask for help maybe?

i have no idea, this game is probably the worst way to play magic. The only thing it has going for it is that its F2P. Half the modes in this client force you into format where you have to engage with their fake, not real, only on this trash client, cards they keep printing. Standard is the only mode that doesn't have these cards in the format and if you don't like standard either, well too bad.

Doesn't even have commander STILL and no Brawl is not Commander, it will never be commander, it doesn't even support matches above 1v1 ffs.

Yes these things are true, or feel true at many points and can be frustrating, but playing magic is just that fun that wading through the crap is ok for those really fun games and other experiences like deck building and skinner box missions and rewards

Less feelings, more facts.

Because its magic the gathering. those of us that actually spend money, play best of 3 or just draft love the game. its mostly the free players that think MTGA needs to give them everything for free and the Bo1 andys that tank the score.

Because reviews by people with bad opinions and emotions often outweigh actual objective unbiased observations.

65% of the 10k+ reviews are positive, so you are correct.

Some people are too young to know better, others are adults who haven't confronted their own mortality, but these are the same reasons for complacency in society overall. We decide to live with our wildly substantial circumstances until its more work to do so than to take action.

You would think that.

But this is the internet, it don't work like that.
