from the card's errata on gatherer:
2/18/2022 A face-down creature has no name, so it doesn't have the same name as anything else.
I think expose the culprit might be a must include for disguise and cloak. But I'm unable to order the modes on the stack. Is it a rule that multi mode cards resolve in the order they are printed? For high disguise cost cards, you either flip for cast of expose or get value again for cloak cost as alternative cost. I can see how the bubble smuggler is intended to be flipped with this expose card or cast face up and flipped with cloak cost. Its unplayable without this combo, but ok with it.
With how restrictive rules are considering this mechanic, it really takes a lot of fun out of the homebrewing. Makes it feel bad tbh. I do like cloak over disguise though
