So I ran into a weird bug
Just happened to me a second ago. I placed my planeswalker down and when I tried to activate an ability. They were either grey or I couldnt click anything. I tried to for the longest to pick an ability before I gave up and restarted the game.

No clue what this bug is and I have never run into it before. Unless it is some sort of hack. I have never not been able to click on a planeswalker ability when the board is empty. Especially if said ability is just creating a token. Planeswalker is Elspeth.

they probably had a specific artifact out that causes that

Next time it happens screen shot it so we can see what the deal is. It could be a bug or it could be you missed something (I am betting on a bug but there are some weird things in this game.)

still the only card in mtga that i know of that disables planeswalkers like that is the immortal sun
there's sorcerous spyglass which coulda done it also i guess

but sometimes there's a new graphical glitch on the windy sand desert background that can cause the image of sand flying over stuff in the top-right corner of the screen obscuring view of a permanant

There's also the white card that perpetually takes away the ability of stuff, I had that hit on one of my creature lands one time that sucked ass, shut it down like a Target store in Canada, but yeah I'm leaning more towards a bug or glitch

Pretty sure it was a bug as well but i have been playing for ages on mtg arena and never ran into it. Which is why I am here, curious if it is common and I have just been lucky.

I think once you start mentioning HAXors, it is much more likely you didn't realize a card effect was occurring or misread the card, because otherwise maaaaany people would be reporting the scenario. Its okay. Happens to the best of us, nobody really cares, but for learning sake, that is almost !00% what was happening. Been there done that. Nobody is gonna believe your claims on here.

I didnt make any claims or say it was hacks. The title says BUG. I asked if anyone has run into the bug or is there a hack i dont know about. PLUS I mention the board is clear. Meaning, no cards are on the field. Except my planeswalker that just entered. I dont care one way or another if someone believes me. I was more curious if a bug was rampant and I have just been lucky. Because I have never run into it before. That is all, nothing to do with blaming hacks. I just mentioned it as a possibility. Hacks are everywhere, not sure what makes you believe MTG Arena is safe from them. No game is safe.

Literally "Unless it is some sort of hack..." in the main posts bro, wowzers... It doesnt matter what you mentioned. People stretch the truth and lie every day. I mean, you literally just denied your own words in the post.. Hopefully you learn what card was denying your Planeswalker or whatever though, GL...
