Is the Mastery Pass worth it?

I counted 17 packs in the pass, 17 packs x 200 Gems = 3400 so the cost of entry is covered by the cost of the packs received if the challenge is completed.

The pass also gives back 1200 Gems 3400-1200=2200 so it really only costs 2200 Gems.

If it matters you get 3 mole pets, a new avatar, and 6 new card covers. The rest is mostly Alchemy Fluff like card styles and Mythics for the new set.

I'm not sure if it's worth it this time. I mean you are getting 17 packs for 2200 Gems. That is 130 gems a pack... but is it really worth it?

It also gives a draft pass worth 1500 gems.. so it actually only costs 700 gems once you complete all the tasks and use the draft token. That is like 40 Gems per pack... if you plan on cashing in the draft pass.

It's worth it if you complete it and not worth it if you don't.

Just wait until its about to end before you buy it. then you can see exactly what you will get.
