Change the name of your computer to an english name. In my case I changed it to "Computer" and it worked.

I got this now. Can't connect. I obviously have internet, or I'm transmitting this message directly with my brain waves

I had this problem before new Update and still having it. On phone it works but on PC nither the steam or steamless version.
