My favorite color combos are abzan and izzet. The color I find myself wanting to include most in my decks seems to be black, even though I'd say it's overall the weakest color. The colors are generally really close, so that's not a huge distinction. I hate red, because it feels way too overtuned, it's way too strong at what it does compared to what everything else does, and it generally has very few weaknesses. Red at this point in the game does aggro, midrange, and control with very few blind spots in what it can do all on its own. The only color that even gets close to matching red in this way is white, which is why boros tends to be viewed as underpowered, because both mono-red and mono-white can build a near identical deck to anything boros could do and do it better. Other color combos actually benefit from mixing with each other, but those two just overlap without really adding new things in the process.

Ranking the colors by favorites, top to bottom would be black white blue green red. Ranking the colors by power level, top to bottom would be red white green blue black.

Im primarily a gold mage. However I do not love all color pairings equally as the tendancy in certain pairings has been a plethora of cards I don't love at all. Rakdos for example and Azorius. Simic and Sultai (though not facing them) are better imho than most. I do love Boros quite a bit and if I need to play Rakdos I prefer Mardu.

Golgari can be fun (the colors of the original Rock deck.) Though I find it can be tedious and sometimes underpowered/underwhelming.

Birds of Paradise, Armageddon and Chromanticore are my alltime favorite cards for a variety of reasons.

I've been a red/green player since I started back in 94. I'll play the other combinations, but will always fall back on the combination of speed and burn that R/G gives me.

My favorite color in Magic has always been blue, there's some fantastic cards in that color and I must say I quite love getting to say "In response..." with a grip full of cards.

Favorite color pair is Azorius, I like being the lawmage and getting to say things like "In addendum..." during my turn. Though if we go by three color pairs, my favorite is Naya (white red green) because I love having a billion counters on my stuff.

Favorite deck though? I'll give my favorite on Arena: Raphael brawl deck. I plan to make a physical version, I really do enjoy all the demons, devils, imps, and tieflings!
