A statement and opinion regardless isn't a fallacy. There is no fallacy it's made up, to say it's fallacious to say a game isn't rigged when there is no proof it is, yet it's not a fallacy to say it's rigged without any evidence even though it's innocent until proven guilty, is ridiculous.
