just wanna ask some of you historic players with almost 300 cards in your deck, how yall doin?
you guys doin ok? you just added every card in the entire game into a deck and you're hoping to win? just curious. haven't seen a single one of you who have 260+ card starting hands actually ever win a match....

so just wondering how that's goin for yall. :ccskull:

on a serious note though, whats the reasoning? i can understand a 100 card deck... maybe even a 130 card deck, as long as that deck is built for a specific purpose and flows. but yall really out here pushing 300 card decks and end up with 3 mana for an entire game and can't play any of your cards. and when you can play something, none of them ever flow together. it's just random cards. like you put a blindfold on and clicked on every card until the game refused to let you do it anymore.

i know i'm not the only one noticing this, right?

I have a 120-40 card decks that wreck, but everyone I come up against with a 200+ deck might go hard for 5 turns but they always run out of steam and never seem to get core cards or even have them a lot of the time. My decks have so much redundancy that I generally get engine cards fast thanks to Arenas janky shuffling.

Some people with discard decks can pull it off come to think of it, I have seen like 1 or 2 have huge amounts of cards, but they take a long time to get going.

i have a mill deck for alchemy with 110 but its all cancels, mills and defenders to buy me time to pull of a nasty mill combo. but like i said, it has a purpose. i didnt just slap random cards in it that have no flow and 0 synergy and no purpose like the people i been seeing in historic.

250 card black/white exile, removal, board wipes, probably 95% of my wins are opponent concedes, honestly If I have the time I love a 45 min match, it's just fun to screw around with, had a guy emote oops to me tonight on turn 3 all he really had was the white god eternal then I had an Ashiok Dream Render drawn and he just blew himself up when I milled the god eternal, fun fun, I was like don't oops me on turn 3

It's because the game is boring and they always concede because your deck is cancer.
I love 250 card decks, more cards are just more fun.

And iam mystic with my deck, just saying.

everyone has their own kinda fun. i just don't understand whats fun about not being able to play the game. so help me out here. i know i don't have fun when i'm stuck with 2 plains on the table for 6 turns in a row while the person i'm playing against has 9 on the board and can play anything given to them. i cant imagine having to mulligan twice, stick with whatever you got and not be able to play the game at all. it doesn't sound fun to me at all.

My 60 card decks get screwed more than my 250 Singleton.

Probably just noticing it more with big decks because you're already hating right off the bat and these people are less likely stick around if you're spamming counters/removal/mill/discard starting turn one than someone caring about rewards or rank above having a good time.
